This service is ideal for those landlords with a smaller portfolio. If you are renting student property you will know that the 4 months from June to October is extremely busy and needs constant attention and focus.

Our summer service will take that headache away from you, without the year long commitment to management fees.

During the 4 month period from June to October , we will

Contact all outgoing and incoming tenants with move out and move in instructions.
Inspect and arrange internal and external cleaning and maintenance works.
Check in inventory reports, on site tenant signature, property walkthrough and key handover
Check out inspection report, key collection and deposit negotiation.
Take care of all required certification and licences

We can also provide year round tenant access to our maintenance portal (this service comes at a small annual flat fee for our summer service option)
